Indre has been teaching yoga since 2016 and received her 200-level yoga teacher certificate from Universal Spirit Yoga in Naperville.
She was teaching beginning/continuing adult classes at a local community house and continuing to teach kids classes at Dance Duo studio.
Mindfulness is more and more recommended at schools because it helps with stress management, improves mood, focus, and body awareness. Indre likes to use different little tools that are fun,creative, engaging and could be used inside and outside the class. She takes inspiration from nature and everyday life. Indre likes movies, nature walks, site seeing with her daughter,dancing, and gardening. She was also told that she is very brave because she keeps all the bugs out of her house.

Inga Wilke
Today, Inga is sharing her experience as a yoga practitioner and teacher.
She is about to get her RYT 500 certification with the main emphasis on yoga therapy.
Inga is passionate about the Ashtanga Vinyasa system and Restorative yoga practices. She continues pursuing the goal of inspiring people to seek well-being through healthy movement, mindfulness, sound, and art therapeutics. She leads various sound healing events, silent retreats, and spiritual travel for women worldwide.
Inga completed her clinical psychology master's at the University of Vilnius, Lithuania. Since then, she has understood the importance of self-care, which goes hand in hand with discovering the authentic self and promotes healing. On her journey, she answered the call to become a tool for healing others.

Raminta
Raminta has been practicing yoga for 10 years, continuously curious about life and its experiences. She exemplifies a strong devotion in deepening her yoga knowledge with intention to discover a diversity in yoga practice and methods.
Raminta has completed 200 hours of Hatha Yoga at Rising Lotus Wellness Center this past May of 2024 and Yoga Nidra training at Soderworld. Her passion paves way for her to continue to soak up new knowledge and skills, by attending various events and workshops across wellness spaces and studios.
Raminta’s belief is maintaining an open mind and an open heart, a calm-loving soul, and moving body which connects us to the gift that is life. She is delighted to share her practice and student’s mindset perspective with the beautiful yoga community.

Raminta believes that self-work, self study, self-reflection are all important parts of a daily routine.
She feels that both yoga itself and practicing yoga is truly a lifestyle. Having an open, conscious, student’s mind in all activities of life is something she emphasizes.
